For two weeks our family of five will embark on a vegan exploration trip. We will try to live as vegan as possible. Reducing our meat consumption have proven more difficult than we expected when we began our journey towards a more sustainable lifestyle. To try something different and to stir up our habits we will go vegan for two weeks. We hope curiosity and the absence of animal based products will lead us towards new plant based favorites.
